Learn exercises I commonly use with my physical therapy & 1-on-1 coaching clients. Videos of these unique & effective exercises train your body to move more fluidly with less pain. Includes special emphasis on training your feet to support you well & your whole body to move better from the ground up. Go at your own pace through the exercise videos & attend monthly classes live or watch the recording.
Classes & workshops may be scheduled at your location or mine. Topics may include foot health, pain relief (with emphasis on any body part), lymph drainage/inflammation reduction, natural movement workouts, strength, sleep/stress & more.
